George White FFA Committees

We welcome you to take a look at all of our wonderful committees. Our team works very hard to provide families and students at George White with enhanced programs and events, all brought about through our fundraising efforts throughout the year.  We do rely on your support. Please consider volunteering in any way to help our kids! 

Families can download the free Box Tops app, buy participating items, and simply scan their store receipt.  Each eligible product earns our school 10 cents, and those amounts add up quickly to provide funds for things like supplies, technology, recess equipment and more.

Dining for Dollars is a fundraising initiative in which our school partners with local restaurants.  On designated dates, a portion of the proceeds from participating families' purchases is donated to each grade level's account.  All funds raised are saved and ultimately support the students' 8th grade celebrations, ensuring a memorable milestone experience.

This committee organizes our annual discounted ticket sales, giving families the chance to enjoy Hersheypark at a reduced price while raising money for our school.  The committee works behind the scenes to coordinate ticket sales, promote the fundraiser, and ensure that every purchase helps support our school and community.

The School Tool Box Chair works in partnership with a designated teacher liaison to organize the beginning-of-the-year school supply lists.  This role helps ensure that supply lists are accurate, complete, and ready for families, making back-to-school preparation smooth and efficient. 

The Teacher Appreciation Week Chair leads the committee in planning a meaningful celebration to honor our teachers.  This role involves organizing special events, treats, and activities throughout the week to show gratitude and recognize the hard work and dedication of our staff.
